TruxGuard Parking – Terms & Conditions

All reservations must be prepaid. Start and end dates are listed in your confirmation. Refunds are only issued if cancellation occurs before the reservation start date. No partial refunds for early removal. Extensions must be requested before expiration and are subject to space availability.

Reservations grant time-limited access. If your equipment remains beyond its expiration:
● A $40 late fee per day applies, in addition to the daily parking rate.
● Gate access is revoked immediately after expiration.
● Charges accrue daily until payment is made and the unit is removed.
● After 10 days TruxGuard may consider the unit abandoned
● Take possession as collateral
● File a lien under ORS 87.152
● Tow or impound the unit at your expense

TruxGuard also reserves the right to collect unpaid balances through debt collection services if necessary.

We may attempt contact, but no additional notice is required beyond these posted terms.

If you are enrolled in a monthly plan and your subscription payment fails or is missed:
● TruxGuard reserves the right to charge daily parking rates plus applicable late fees until payment is made and the equipment is removed.
● Gate access remains revoked until the account is brought current.

By submitting a reservation and providing payment information, you authorize TruxGuard Parking to charge your payment method for the full reservation amount.

You further authorize TruxGuard Parking to charge your card for any outstanding balances, including fees associated with exceeding your reservation period, unauthorized stays, or unpaid invoices, in accordance with these Terms.

This authorization applies to both one-time and recurring charges, and includes any follow-up charges required to bring your account current. Charges may be processed automatically using the payment method provided at the time of booking or subsequently updated by you.

Active reservation holders have 24/7 access. Gate codes are private and may not be shared.

Unauthorized access may result in immediate termination and removal without refund.

Our lots are fully fenced and gated, with 24/7 surveillance. However, parking is at your own risk. TruxGuard is not liable for:
● Theft, vandalism, weather, fire, flood, natural disasters, or unrelated damage
● Loss or damage to equipment, trailers, cargo, or contents
● Injury or damage caused by third parties or other customers

You must maintain your own insurance; we do not inspect or insure stored property.

By using our facilities, you waive all claims against TruxGuard LLC, its owners, employees, and agents — except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

● No dumping of fluids, trash, pallets, or hazardous materials
● Trailers must be roadworthy and properly registered
● Cleanup or damage fees start at $250, increasing with severity
● TruxGuard may contract third-party services at your expense

Access may be revoked for:
● Non-payment
● Unauthorized access or code-sharing
● Unsafe or inoperable equipment
● Violations of any Terms
● Illegal or dangerous activity

Towed or impounded units may be released only after all fees and balances are paid.

All parked equipment must:
● Be in operable, legal condition
● Be properly insured and licensed
● Contain no hazardous or prohibited materials
● Be owned or controlled by the reservation holder or an authorized party

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, and any disputes will be resolved within Oregon jurisdiction.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact info. TruxGuard communicates via email or phone. Non-responsiveness may result in access restrictions or enforcement actions, including collections, lien placement, or sale of collateral.
