TruxGuard Parking Lot Rules

To ensure the safety and security of all customers and their property, the following rules apply to all individuals using TruxGuard’s parking facility:

  1. Proper Parking
    All vehicles must be parked within designated spaces. Double parking or blocking other vehicles is strictly prohibited. The lot is open parking, with the exception of spaces reserved by cones placed in the parking space.
  2. No Idling
    Extended idling is not allowed to minimize noise and emissions.
  3. No Repairs or Maintenance
    Vehicle repairs, oil changes or any form of maintenance work are not permitted on site. This includes but is not limited to tire changes, engine repairs, and bodywork. Any maintenance needs must be addressed offsite. In rare cases where emergency repairs are required, customers must contact management for approval before proceeding.
  4. No Dumping
    Disposal of trash, hazardous materials or any waste on the property is strictly prohibited.
  5. Low-Speed Driving
    Drivers must operate their vehicles at a safe and controlled speed while within the lot, ensuring the safety of all customers and property.
  6. No Unauthorized Personnel
    Only authorized customers and approved personnel are allowed on the premises.
  7. Compliance with Laws
    Customers must adhere to all local, state, and federal laws while using the facility.
  8. Security Access
    Customers are responsible for ensuring gates are properly closed after entry/exit and must not share access codes with unauthorized persons. Without a reservation number and/or appropriate proof of reservation, TruxGuard reserves the right to withhold gate code access at its discretion.
  9. Towing Policy
    TruxGuard reserves the right to tow any vehicle in violation of these rules at the owner’s expense.
  10. Fire Safety
    No open flames, fireworks, or flammable substances are allowed on the premises.
  11. Alcohol and Drug Use
    The use of alcohol or drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
  12. Truck Washes
    All truck washes must be approved by management. Permission is granted on a case-by-case basis, and unauthorized washing is not allowed.
  13. Rule Changes
    TruxGuard reserves the right to update or modify these rules at any time. Customers are responsible for staying informed and compliant.Failure to comply with these rules may result in fines, termination of parking privileges, or vehicle removal at the owner’s expense.

By using TruxGuard’s facility, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by these rules.

TruxGuard LLC Parking Liability Waivier

This Liability Waiver (“Waiver”) is entered into by the undersigned (“Customer”) in favor of TruxGuard LLC (“TruxGuard”), its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates, in consideration for the use of parking facilities provided by TruxGuard.

  1. Acknowledgment of Risk
    Customer acknowledges that parking a truck, trailer, or any other form of assets/ property and/or its contents in TruxGuard’s facility is at their sole risk. Truxguard does not assume responsibility for the security, safety, or condition of any vehicle, trailer, or cargo while parked on its premises.
  2. Waiver of Liability
    Customer hereby releases, waives, and discharges TruxGuard, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, or lawsuits arising out of or related to any loss, theft, vandalism, damage, fire, natural disaster, or any other incident involving the Customer’s truck, trailer, or cargo while parked at TruxGuard.
  3. Indemnification
    Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Truxguard from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to any use of the parking facility, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage.
  4. No Bailment Relationship
    Customer acknowledges that Truxguard is providing a parking space only and does not take custody, control, or possession of any vehicle, trailer, or contents. No bailment relationship is created, and Truxguard has no duty to safeguard or monitor parked vehicles.
  5. Compliance with Facility Rules
    Customer agrees to comply with all posted and communicated rules and regulations of Truxguard’s facility. Rules and regulations are subject to change at any time, and customers are responsible for staying informed and adhering to all updates. Failure to comply may result in termination of parking privileges without refund.
  6. Governing Law
    This Waiver shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state of Orgeon or where the parking facility is located. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in that state.
  7. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
    By submitting payment for parking services, the Customer acknowledges that they have read and understood this Waiver and voluntarily agrees to its terms.
